Magistrate Estelle De Lange addressed accused number 11, stating, “You are currently in custody, and bail has been set at an amount of R10,000. The following conditions apply: upon payment of the bail amount, you must report to the Bloemspruit Police Station on Mondays between 8 o’clock in the morning and 4 o’clock in the afternoon.”
“You are also prohibited from having direct or indirect contact with the state witnesses. Furthermore, you are not permitted to leave Bloemfontein without notifying the investigating officers in this case.
