Exciting news from the Soweto giants, Kaizer Chiefs! The club has made a bold move by appointing Molefi Ntseki as their new head coach, while Arthur Zwane takes on the role of assistant coach.
This decision marks a significant adjustment within the team’s technical staff. Following a challenging season, former head coach Arthur Zwane has been demoted, returning to his previous position as assistant coach alongside Dillon Sheppard.
The club’s chairman, Kaizer Motaung, congratulated Ntseki on his appointment and expressed his delight in having a seasoned coach like him at the helm.
“We extend our warmest congratulations to Coach Ntseki and express our gratitude for accepting this immense responsibility. We are well aware that it won’t be an easy task, but we firmly believe that his experience and knowledge will help Kaizer Chiefs improve and achieve our goals,” stated Motaung.
Ntseki, who previously served as the club’s Head of Development, has spent the past two years working closely with Zwane and Sheppard in his role as Head of Technical. Now, he will collaborate with them in a new capacity as the head coach.
In addition to the coaching changes, Kaizer Chiefs has welcomed back former goalkeeper coach Rainer Dinkelacker in an advisory role.
“The Club has appointed the highly experienced and successful Rainer Dinkelacker as a Strategic Adviser in our goalkeeping department. Dinkelacker will work closely with the goalkeeper coaches and the players, from junior to senior teams, offering his expertise and advice on all technical operations,” stated the club.
With these exciting developments, Kaizer Chiefs are gearing up for a promising future under Ntseki’s leadership. Fans eagerly anticipate the team’s progress and achievements in the upcoming season.
