Six months after the unfortunate death of Mandla “Mampintsha” Maphumulo, his friend and industry colleague who is also down with stroke Lvovo Derrango is remembering him after not attending his funeral due to illness.
Mampintsha died in the hospital on December 24th after suffering stroke … leaving behind his wife Babes Wodumo, his son, and his mother who couldn’t bear the irreplaceable loss and died a week after.

Lvovo shared a video clip of his late friend on Instagram and captioned it with a sentence showing how much he misses the late Durban artist.
“I miss u Mfowami @mampintsha_shimora,” Lvovo wrote on his page.
SurgeZirc SA had reported at the time that Lvovo was hospitalized when Mampintsha passed away, hence, he could not attend the singer’s star-studded funeral.
A few months ago, the singer said, “I speak to Danger every day. So, I spoke to him during the funeral. Mampintsha knows that I would have loved to be at his funeral. But due to my condition, I watched it from the hospital. But I will visit his grave after I have fully recovered.”
Lvovo is still managing his health conditions, therefore he opted out of Cotton Fest Durban as his doctor instructed.
