
Last year, the rapper stated on his social media platforms that his voice would be used in the anime series Kizazi Moto: Generation Fire. The Hell Naw hitmaker was recently asked by GQ Magazine how he got the acting gig on Disney.
In a recent interview, Nasty C was asked, “How did you bag this gig to lend your voice to the new Disney+ animated series, Kizazi Moto: Generation Fire?“

The Hell Naw rapper stated that his team told him of the series and that he shared his story with them. He said, “My team informed me about the series Disney + was doing and shared the story, Mkhuzi: The Spirit Racer with me. I was excited to lend my voice to the character and series.”
Nasty C will not be appearing in a drama series for the first time. In 2020, the rapper appeared on Netflix’s Blood And Water. The award-winning rapper was to discuss the disparity between his roles in Blood And Water and Kizazi Moto: Generation Fire in an interview with GQ.
“My experience on Blood & Water was very different because you are actually on screen.
“What I liked about Kizazi Moto: Generation Fire is that I’m not on camera and my voice and expressions have to carry the drama. Because I’m also a graphic artist I gravitate toward animation,” Nasty C said.

“Kizazi Moto: Generation Fire” is a ten-part series produced by Peter Ramsey that will launch on Disney+ on July 5, 2023.
The series consists of ten episodes of highly animated Disney+ original short films directed by filmmakers from Zimbabwe, Uganda, South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, and Egypt.
